Do I have to register on Labelado?
Yes, registration is required to avail of our services. However, you can still create a Quote without being registered and only register down the road if you decide to complete the purchase.
How can I register on Labelado?
To register, click on Register in the menu at the top right. Enter your username, email and password and you're done.
Can I modify my account details?
Yes, and you can do so at any time. Enter the User Area and click on Access and Security. You can edit your details there.
Can I list multiple shipping addresses?
You can have more than one shipping address. You just have to communicate that to us. Go to the User Area and click on Shipping Addresses to add as many addresses as you like.
Can I have multiple billing addresses?
You sure can have several billing addresses. You just have to communicate that to us. Go to the User Area and click on Billing Information to list all the addresses you want.
How do I delete my account?
I have forgotten my username and password. How can I retrieve them?
If you do not remember your login details, click Forgot Your Password? in the login window and enter your email address. We will send you an email with your username and instructions for setting up a new password.
How can I check on the status of my order?
Go to the My Orders section by clicking on the menu bar at the top right or from the User Area. Here, you will find a list of your orders, with the status shown in the top right corner.
Can I modify or cancel a confirmed order?
No, you cannot modify or cancel an order that has been confirmed.
Can I bring forward or postpone an order?
No, once you have placed your order and set the Print-shake end date, the labels will reach you within the delivery times chosen and you will no longer be able to alter the times.
Can I bring forward or postpone the Print-shake end date?
No, once you set the Print-shake end date, you can't change it but our operators will get to work as soon as your graphics file is received.
Can I request a printing proof?
Yes, it is possible to request a printing proof. Contact us to our email address email@example.com to receive more infos.
Can I request a mock-up?
For now, it is not possible to request a mock-up but we are working on this.
How can I create a Quote?
You can create a Quote by clicking on Create New Quotefrom the menu at the top right or by clicking on New Quotein the Active Quotes gallery.
How can I place an order?
Place an order by clicking on Create New Quote from the menu at the top right or by clicking on New Quote in the Active Quotes gallery. Alternatively, buy through Print-shake by browsing through the Active Quotes gallery and clicking on the + icon to join one of those. See the How It Works section to learn more.
Do you have samples?
Yes, we have created samples that will allow you to see and feel the materials and the processing methods for yourself to check the quality of our products. You can request our samples by filling the form at this link: Labelado Box.
How can I re-order?
From the My Orders section, which can be accessed from the menu at the top right or from the User Area, you can see the list of orders that have been placed or are currently in progress. Click on the Buy Again button to re-order the products in a previous order.
What can I do if I am not satisfied with my order?
We would be very disappointed if your order did not meet your expectations. Contact us with your order number and the problem you have encountered. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately. There is no need to return the goods unless a verification is necessary, in which case we will let you know. Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases as we prefer to resolve the problem and ensure you are satisfied with your labels and our work.
Is there a minimum quantity of labels to order?
There is no minimum number of labels to order but the more you request, the greater your savings will be!
What is Print-shake?
Print-shake is our innovative order aggregation system that allows you to save on printing your labels. See the How It Works page to learn more.
How do Fidelity Coins work?
Fidelity Coins allow you to earn discounts on your orders. You can collect them by buying on Labelado and by completing certain actions. Find out how by consulting the Fidelity Coins page. See your coin balance via the menu at the top right or from the User Area menu under Fidelity Coins Balance.
How do I use the coins to earn additional discounts?
You can manage your Fidelity Coins in the Order Summary phase, where you can view the number of coins at your disposal and enter the quantity you want to spend on that particular order.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your labels as soon as enough time has passed for us to produce your labels and have them shipped directly to you. Individual purchases take around 7 working days for production, so if you place an order on 17th September for example, your goods will be shipped on 25th September. If you buy through Print-shake, this time is extended to allow users to join your Quote. You thus need to consider a minimum of 3 additional days – compared to the 7 days for individual purchases - up to a maximum of 8 days, for a maximum total of 15 days from the order date.
We ship with UPS. The expected shipping times are:
- 1-2 business days for shipments within mainland Italy
- 3-4 business days for shipments to the Italian islands
- 2-3 business days for shipments in Europe
Can the goods be sent to an address that is different to the billing address?
Yes, of course. Use the Shipping Addresses and Billing Information sections in the User Area to manage your addresses.
Can I change the delivery address of an order that has already been placed?
Once an order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address.
Can I specify multiple delivery addresses for a single order?
It is not possible to send a single order to more than one delivery address.
Are the delivery dates guaranteed?
Respecting the promised delivery dates is important to us. To achieve this, we need your cooperation. Requested delivery dates can be met if the file is uploaded and approved within the specified timeframe and if the file suits the printing requirements. Nonconformity may cause delays beyond the requested delivery date. If purchasing through Print-shake, the timing is very precise. Remember: delays caused by you also affect the delivery date for the other users in the queue.
How much does shipping cost?
Check out the Shipping page to see the costs and the different shipping methods available. The exact amount will be shown in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase, once you enter the country of destination for the goods. Specifically, the cost depends on the type of order you have placed (quantity and type of labels, quantity of rolls, weight of the shipment and shipping address).
To which countries do you deliver?
We ship all over Europe. We are currently making arrangements for the rest of the world.
Which shipping companies do you use?
We currently only use UPS.
How do I track my shipment?
Once the goods are shipped, you will receive an email from UPS with instructions on how to track your package. You can check the status of your shipment directly via the UPS website.
Can I change my delivery address?
Certainly! You can manage your delivery addresses from the Shipping Addresses section of the User Area.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and via Bank Transfer.

Can you send me an invoice for my order?
Of course. Ask for this in the User Area in the My Orders section by clicking on Request Invoice.
Can I change my billing address?
You sure can. Your billing addresses can be managed under the Billing Information section of the User Area.
If purchasing through Print-shake, what happens during the payment phase?
Where can I find specific information about the Materials on which to print my labels?
How and when should matte white be used?
Use matte white to create labels with a no-label look and for easier reading. It is particularly suitable for cosmetic and beer labels and when combined with metallic and transparent materials.
Why are certain finishings not available for some materials?
For each material, we provide recommendations regarding the processes that give the best aesthetic results. This is why not all finishing options are offered for all materials.
Is the processing equipment subject to a fee?
Certainly not. Labelado allows you to avail of the processing equipment free of charge.
What is meant by Reference?
In typographical jargon, Reference means the graphics that will be printed on your labels. For example, an order of 1,000 labels can have two references, meaning 500 labels will be printed with one design and the other 500 with another.
Can the printed product be used in contact with food?
No. The adhesives used on our materials are not compatible with direct contact with foodstuff. There must always be another element between the label and the product, most of the time being the packaging itself.
How can I correctly choose the output direction?

What is the memory effect of the paper?
The memory effect of the paper refers to thick materials that tend to take on and maintain the round shape of the roll. You can find all the information on the Packaging page.
Is there a time limit for sending the file to print?
You can upload the file to print whenever you like. Once the Print-shake end date has arrived, the sooner you upload the file, the sooner we will be able to create the pre-print file, receive your approval and send your labels to print.
In which format should I send my files to print?
Labelado’s preferred format is PDF, so please send us your files in this set-up.
Can I retrieve files that have been uploaded to the Labelado site?
No, the files you upload for printing on the labels are not saved in the My Orders section.
How can I approve the pre-print file?
Go to the User Area, click on My Orders - Order Details - References - Pre-print Check. The pre-print PDF will open and you can view and approve what you see or refuse and provide comments about the changes to be made. In this case, we will create another pre-print file according to your changes.
Can I change the file to be printed?
Once you have uploaded the file to be printed, it cannot be changed. We thus ask for your attention and precision to ensure that the end result is a label that suits the quality of your product.
Are my files checked once they are uploaded?
Of course! Once the Reference is created and the files are uploaded, our team of experts will ensure everything is in order and create the pre-print file.
What is the proper colour type to use in the file?
High-quality printing requires CMYK or four-colour printing with a resolution of 300 dpi.
What is the difference between CMYK and RGB?
Four-colour printing or CMYK is the method used for setting up graphic files for high-quality printing, hence why you need to use this for your label file. The RGB method is used for graphic files intended for the web.
Why does the colour of the labels differ from what I see on the computer screen?
Computer screens often do not reproduce actual colours because they use the RGB method, resulting in colours that are slightly different from those that appear in the print. For this reason, you must correctly set up the graphic file for your labels and work in four-colour mode by selecting the CMYK method.
What software can I use to create my file to print?
You can use the software of your choice, but usually the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) is used to set up graphic files.

I can't view the site properly to place an order. What can be done?
You may have problems with your cache. Try and empty it in one of the following ways.
How to delete your Cache in Mozilla Firefox:
- Open Firefox
- Click on the tools menu and select Clear Browser Data.
- Set the time interval for deletion.
- Click on the arrow next to the Details to view the full list of objects.
- Select Cache, ensuring that any items you want to keep are not selected.
- Click Clear Data to cancel the cache then close the Clear Browser Data window.
How to delete your Cache in Google Chrome:
- Open Chrome
- Click on the Settings menu and select Advanced at the bottom.
- In the Privacy and Securitysection, click on Clear Browsing Data.
- Click on Advanced to select the specific items you want to delete (History, Cookies, Download History, and Cached Images and Files) and ensure that items you do not want to delete (passwords, and so on) are not selected.
- Click on Clear Data.
