Packaging
Apply Labelado's custom adhesive labels quickly and easily. We package your printed labels on a rollfor easy application both manually and automatically. The packaging options cover all characteristics of the labels you’ll receive, including the unrolling direction, the inner and outer diameter and the number of labels per roll. If this all sounds too technical, don't worry - we are on hand to guide you in choosing the right packaging!
Unrolling
Orientation 0° - Unrolling with outward placement
The printed side is on the outside of the roll that then unfurls in an anticlockwise direction.
Orientation 180° - Unrolling with outward placement
The printed side is on the outside of the roll that then unfurls in a clockwise direction.
Orientation 90° - Unrolling with outward placement
The printed side is on the outside of the roll that then unfurls in an anticlockwise direction, with the label rotated as can be seen in the image.
Orientation -90° - Unrolling with outward placement
The printed side is on the outside of the roll that then unfurls in a clockwise direction, with the label rotated as can be seen in the image.
Orientation 0° - Unrolling with inner placement
The printed side is towards the inside of the roll that then unfurls in an anticlockwise direction. This is not recommended for natural papers of a certain thickness due to the memory-effect of the paper stock type. Thick cardstock tends to assume the round shape of the roll. To avoid deformation, we suggest choosing another type of unrolling.

Manual
Choose this type of application if not using automatic labelling systems, such as automatic labellers.
Inner diameter
This parameter must be considered in reference to the surfaces on which the labels will be applied, together with the characteristics of your labelling machine. By default, our roll labels have an inner diameter of 76.5 mm but when placing your order, you can also select the 45-mm option that is commonly used in the food industry.
Outer diameter
This parameter must be considered in reference to the maximum diameter that your labels can have, together with the characteristics of your automatic labeller. Our roll labels have an outer diameter of 250 mm by default. Keep in mind, if you set the outer diameter, you will not be able to choose the number of labels per roll.
Number of labels per roll
You can choose the maximum number of labels per roll. Remember, if you choose the number of labels for each roll, you will not be able to set the outer diameter.
